The Blade Tower presents sophisticated apartments and penthouses located in a desirable area of Manchester. Standing at 51-storeys tall, this skyscraper boasts 414 lavish apartments alongside exceptional amenity spaces, providing residents with access to luxurious facilities including a lounge, infrared sauna, gym, and more.

The recently completed building has been honoured with the Best High Volume New Housing Development Award at the LABC regional Building Excellence Awards. These awards are widely recognized as the most prestigious in the building control sector in the UK.
