The 431 unit student accommodation development across 4 blocks was constructed at the beginning of the COVID pandemic outbreak in which the principal contractor reacted incredibly to create a safe working environment and ensure that the students of Lancaster University had residences completed in time for the new academic year.

The project saw Rapidfix deliver at a high pace to a high standard fitting to ensure deadlines were achieved and handover to the end user was achieved on time.
