Dan Elwell

Dan has a wide range of practical skills homed from the early stages of his career starting out as a bricklayer and moving into the construction of bespoke houses in the private sector where he was involved in all trades. This all round skill set put Dan in the perfect position to move up the construction ladder to management. In only a short space of time Dan was given the opportunity to study and train in commercial management and quantity surveying, with an already keen eye for figures Dan relished the opportunity and then spent 12 years working alongside clients and contractors to deliver successful projects on time; on budget and to the highest of quality before joining Rapidfix to continue his construction journey.

Time served in the industry building positive relationships with everyone from clients to sub-contractors goes hand in hand with the Rapidfix ethos of working alongside our supply chain and key clients to meet their every need and deliver some of the UK’s most breath taking projects with cost effective solutions and innovative ideas.

Paul White

Paul has worked in the dry lining industry for over 30 years starting as a dry liner in London at the tender age of 18.  Having worked on site he steadily progressed to a Site Agent role then was gradually promoted to Senior Site Agent, and Contracts Manager. His experience has successfully helped to deliver dozens of schemes focusing on safe, timely delivery.

Paul possesses strong leadership skills, with extensive management experience across the industry. His refined skills and expertise Rapidfix with a valuable approach to and understanding of, new business development, financial management principles, entrepreneurial with commercial acumen. Paul has created a results driven culture within the company. Oriented with a positive approach to management, design and construction, his approach brings a clear focus on safety, high quality and collaborative efficiency.

Mark Aylward

Mark started out in the industry at the age of 17 working in most sectors including leisure, retail, residential and MOD work. Having put his skills to test in a such a diverse way at an early age it was recognised that Mark had the skill set, drive and determination to step into Construction Management. Mark has a proactive approach to problem solving and has a can do attitude to everything. His man management skills are second to none getting the best out of every person he comes into contact with.

Mark’s construction career progressed through the ranks rapidly at 24 being promoted to Project Manager, 26 to Contracts manager and then in 2017 shortly before joining Rapidfix Contracts Director at his previous employment being responsible for a workforce and management team of over 150 people stretching as far and wide as Belfast, Glasgow, Bournemouth and Aberystwyth delivering projects on time, budget and to the highest of standards whilst also forging relationships with clients through continual successful projects.

Mark looks to continue this journey with Rapidfix and carry on what has already been a successful career by making them one of the nations preferred Specialist Drylining Contractors.
