Phoenix apartments for well-known client Capital & Centric was unique it’s design and comprised of 75 industrial style apartments with exposed soffits and a range of quirky and interesting details to create a modern and exciting look.

Featured on the BBC documentary ‘Manctopia: Billion Pound Property Boom’ the development promotes a community feel within the development and prevents investors from purchasing for the buy to rent market.

Rapidfix took on the design of the SFS framework before completing and moving inside to install the internal partitions which included recessed skirting, head of wall and architrave details by the kilometre.

The finish achieved was outstanding and credit is due to the architect Shed KM for producing such breath-taking architecture.
