New Little Mill for repeat client Eric Wright Construction came with its challenges. The conversion of a grade II listed building where the external façade was retained internally and restored externally with a new steel frame built within creating an additional two storeys houses 68 beautiful apartments.

The exposed brickwork internally perfectly captures the character of the former cotton mill with the impressive internal atrium and internal walkways with two-tone rendered walkways sheltered by a bespoke mesh ceiling the icing on the cake.

Rapidfix were tasked with utilising all of the services we provide on this project taking the project from an exposed steel frame through to the finished article showcasing our rendering expertise in a difficult semi-expoed atmosphere the end result being worth every ounce of effort.
